Essential Duties

• Minimum 5+ years of experience fabricating commercial millwork and casework.
• Must be able to work accurately and independently from detailed shop drawings.
• Must be reliable in attendance and support of team standards of relationship and communication.
• Must have the ability to commute to work each day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills to help facilitate continuous improvement.
• Stable work history with strong references demonstrating the right experience in relevant positions.
• A positive outlook and attitude are a must. We consider most problems opportunities to make life better for all.
• Experienced in working with blueprints and sequenced veneer layouts.
• Committed to providing exceptional quality while meeting customer schedules.
• Experienced in plastic laminate fabrication.
• Able to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32 inch.
• Experienced in and willing to learn and adhere to proper machine setup and breakdown in a safe manner.
• Some small tools required.
