A Millwork Journeyman is responsible for the expert fabrication of commercial architectural woodwork and
casework in a plant environment. This includes the successful and timely completion of all assigned
projects to next stakeholders.
Minimum 5+ years of experience fabricating commercial millwork and casework.
Must be able to work accurately and independently from detailed shop drawings.
Must be reliable in attendance and support of team standards of relationship and communication.
Must have the ability to commute to work each day.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to read and write in English.
Must possess strong problem-solving skills to help facilitate continuous improvement.
Stable work history with strong references demonstrating the right experience in relevant positions.

Experienced in working with blueprints and sequenced veneer layouts.
Committed to providing exceptional quality while meeting customer schedules.
Experienced in plastic laminate fabrication.
Able to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32 inch.
Experienced in and willing to learn and adhere to proper machine setup and breakdown in a safe manner.
Some small tools required.
